This month will be extremely busy. Over the next three weeks we will
have Districts, Regionals and State Competition.
District will be held at Bowie High School on Thursday and Friday of
this week. Weigh ins will be at 7 a.m. both days. On Thursday, Boys
Varsity and Women’s Wrestling will start at 9am On Friday, JV
Wrestling will start at 8:30am. If these times change we will notify
everyone via email and and Twitter.
We will not be having a booster club meeting this month. Our next
booster club meeting will be on Tuesday, March 8th in room 1:43 at
7pm. We will be forming a scholarship committee and a banquet
committee. If you are interested in either committee, please contact
me. Coach Dunn will be handing out scholarship applications in March.
Regionals will be held at El Paso El Dorado High School on Friday and
Saturday, February 12th and 13th. State competition will be held at
Berry Center in Cypress (Houston area) on Friday and Saturday,
February 19th and 20th. Hotel information will be available as soon
as possible.
We will be decorating the wrestling hallway for State. Once we have
set a date and time, we will email the information out.
